I could probably eat a few bags of crazy bread, easily. Being able to make it at home would be amazingly dangerous. I can't wait!

Hi Elyse ! I would like to ask, as you would like everybody to eat at 6 pm, how the meals work in the US ?
Because 6 pm is very early in France ! Since we took the breakfast around 6-8, the lunch at 12 and the snack at 4:30 pm... The dinner is never before 7 pm. Children couldn't take snack before because school ends at 4:30 :/

  9. Jenni Cavallaro says:

Ahhh I'm so excited! They just shut down the ONLY Little Caesar's close enough for me to get to, and the only thing I like is the Crazy Bread! I had 2 coupons for it too...which I was certainly planning on using but before I knew it they were closed! Now I can have my Crazy Bread whenever I want, so exciting :)

How did you get yours to rise so much? When I tried this recipe yesterday mine came out very flat. And they tasted nothing like Crazy Bread.

  18. Deluxe Nuts says:

You can't call it a recipe when the main ingredient is, "1 (10 ounce) can pizza dough".

  19. megan Henderson says:

What kind of pizza dough did you use ?

  20. Sha says:

Hi guys, little fyi. My first job was at this establishment ;) it was plain pizza dough cut and baked. Then slathered with garlic butter and topped with parm. Hope this helps :)!!

  21. Anonymolus says:

I've worded at LC and can tell you that crazy bread is crazy simple. You take a medium pizza crust, cut it into 8 pieces, brush it with garlic sauce and bake it like you would a pizza. When it comes out, you just sprinkle the cheese on it and bag it.So simple. The secret here is to get the recipe for their dough. Not the deep dish dough, the regular dough.

  22. alanna says:

Yes you can. If this is anything like little caesar's it is the most heavenly recipe out there.

  23. Tammy says:

I worked for Little Caesars for years. They make their own dough for pizza, cheese bread, and bread sticks. (same recipe - it is a yeast recipe but I would never be able to remember it and it yields enough to make hundreds of pizzas per batch lol). The reason it seems different is because: for cheese sticks, they take a dough ball big enough to be stretched to medium pizza size and spread it to the corners in a square pan. That way it stays thicker. All they do is use a rolling tool that puts indentions in the dough to prevent bubbling on the dough and then they put their cheese (which is a mix of mozzarella and Munster cheeses) on top of the dough. They bake it half the time the pizza takes to bake and when it's done you brush on garlic butter and sprinkle parm cheese on top. For bread sticks: they put the dough ball through a rolling, flattening machine once which elongates the dough and then onto a sheet pan where they slice it and cook half the time you would for a pizza. Once done, garlic butter and parm cheese are put on top.Their dipping sauce is the same sauce as is on the pizza.

  24. Tammy says:

oh, I forgot. The cheese sticks gets a sprinkling of some prepackaged veggie seasoning on top of the cheese before the oven.
